On Some Questions about Frames of Reference in Relativity

Introduction

The purpose of this article is to ask some questions about how we relate the different frames of reference(FOR) in Relativity. I did this about a year ago in Medium in my article “On Some Questions about Photons”. I worked on it, and recently I answered some of those questions in “What is it that is Quantized in Quantum Mechanics?” published recently. So, I am trying that approach again regarding FOR.
