Thanks for the clear explanation of the information paradox. At present, quantum field theory does not include gravity, and I believe that is the source of the problem. We need a solution to the Dirac equation that does include gravity. It should include the curvature of spacetime similar to Einstein's metric, which will cause the mass of subatomic particles. I don't know how to that, but the path could be there.
